Before launching Virtual Lottie, I was a primary school teacher. Combined with my background in customer service, administration and business support, teaching taught me how to communicate clearly, stay organised and build genuine trust—qualities that still shape the way we support every client today.
I started Virtual Lottie after realising that many brilliant business owners weren't struggling because they lacked ideas or ambition. They were simply holding too much. Within two and a half months I was fully booked, and today our team has supported more than 130 businesses across marketing, operations, executive assistance and social media.
The biggest lesson I've learned is that delegation isn't really about handing over tasks. It's about giving founders the confidence to stop carrying every moving part themselves. That's when they gain the headspace to think bigger, lead better and enjoy the business they've worked so hard to build.
