What do you recommend if I require regular support?

To ensure we’re available to support you when you need us, you can purchase a pre-agreed monthly block of hours starting at 8 hours per month for £40 per hour + VAT.

Can I add more hours on an adhoc basis?

Yes! Additional ‘top up’ hours are billed at £40 per hour + VAT.

Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Support outside of these hours or urgent work is possible, but it may incur a premium on the hourly rate.

When and how do I pay?

We ask that any retainer contracts are paid up front monthly. An invoice is issued on the last day of the following month. Payments should be made electronically (e.g. via BACS) within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

How do I know how you’re using my hours?

We use time-tracking software that rounds our time to the nearest 15 minutes. Don’t worry, we’ll give you a heads up when we’re getting close to reaching your retainer limit. That way, we can either add some extra hours or reduce tasks if needed.

We kindly request that all clients complete our Terms of Business before we begin working together to ensure we are on the same page.

What is included in my payment?

Our rates include all the time spent on your assignment, as well as any communication we have with you by phone, email, or in person (such as during our initial briefing). If there are any additional specific costs, such as stationary, postage, or packaging, we’ll let you know ahead of time and charge you at cost price.

Why is Social Media Management so important?

Well, it’s a great way for businesses to get their name out there, connect with customers, and drive traffic to their website. Plus, it can really help build strong relationships with customers and boost sales.

If I decide to outsource Social Media Management, what are some benefits?

For starters, it can save them time and money, and give them access to experts who really know their stuff. Plus, it lets businesses focus on other important things they need to do.
