Virtual Assistant
& Remote Admin Support
for Busy Founders & Business Owners
Fully remote. Properly proactive. Real Results.
You didn’t start your business to spend your days in your inbox, your evenings in spreadsheets, and feeling like your to do list is the most important thing in the world.
Our UK-based Virtual Assistants provide high-quality remote admin support, client care and online PA support, so your day-to-day runs smoothly while you get back to leading.
This is for you if…
- You’re a busy founder, coach, consultant, creative or agency owner wearing too many hats.
- You’re spending too much time in your inbox, DMs, Google Drive, Asana, etc. instead of on clients, growth and ideas.
- You keep meaning to sort your processes, automations and back-end systems… but you’re always in “just get it done” mode.
- You want reliable remote admin support to quietly handle the day-to-day so things actually run in the background.
- You’d love a trusted virtual assistant / online PA who can follow (or help you build) simple workflows, keep on top of tasks, and flag what genuinely needs your attention.
If you’re ready to stop being your own admin team, this is for you.
The real problem (and no, it’s not that you’re disorganised)
Right now, your “CEO day” looks like:
- Replying to client emails between calls
- Rebuilding the same onboarding email again (and again)
- Manually sending invoices + chasing late payments
- Toggling between Slack / WhatsApp / IG DMs / your CRM trying to remember who needs what
- Updating spreadsheets at 9pm “so it doesn’t get out of hand”
You don’t need another productivity hack.
You need virtual assistant support that takes care of the repetitive, operational, “someone else could do this” tasks, so your time goes back into money-making work, creative thinking, and actual life.
Case Study
Client N is a SUPERSTAR breathwork & yoga coach who:
Inside her business, she was holding everything: enquiries, bookings, emails, blogs, retreat logistics, space hire admin… on top of delivering powerful client work.
She didn’t need “motivation”. She needed remote admin support so she could stay in her zone of genius.
What we do for her:
- Manage inbox + enquiries so clients get fast, clear replies
- Handle event space bookings and logistics
- Draft and upload blogs & email newsletters in her voice
- Keep retreat waitlists, forms and follow-ups organised
- Take on the “can someone else do this?” admin so she doesn’t have to
What’s happened since:
- She sold out her Ibiza retreat
- She took a month off in Thailand while everything kept running
- Clients were looked after, enquiries were handled, and she came back to a business that hadn’t fallen apart
This is what the right virtual assistant support looks like:
Not “doing a few hours of admin”, but creating the breathing space for founders like N to grow, travel and deliver their best work, without dropping the ball.
How Virtual Lottie VA Support Works
We’re not a faceless VA directory. We’re a small, experienced team supporting online businesses every day.
1. Enquiry & fit check
Tell us how your days really look: inboxes, tools, clients, launches, bottlenecks.
We’ll be honest about how we can help (and if we’re not the right fit).
2. Set-up & priorities
We map how our virtual assistant / remote admin support will fit and give you the best value for support with inbox, client care, ops, launch admin, follow-ups, systems etc.
3. Onboarding & systems
Our onboarding process is a simple 4 step process…
A) 30 minute discover call to get to know you
B) We send over the proposal & contract
C) Onboarding paperwork complete & invoice paid
D) We get started on the support typically within 5-10 business days
4. Ongoing support
You get consistent, proactive support with time tracking, proactive communication and updates, and a real human who gets to know you & your business.
