Retainer package
If you require regular support, secure our time by purchasing a block of hours monthly, starting from a minimum of 15 hours per month at £40 per hour + VAT.
Pre-agreed monthly hours guarantee our availability in advance.
*All payments are required upfront *
We operate with time-tracking software that rounds our time to the nearest 15 mins and will send a weekly report to keep you up-to-date with how much time has been spent on each task.
You will also be notified when we are nearing your retainer limit so that any extra hours required can be added or tasks reduced.
An invoice is issued 7 days before the last day of the month.

Project and ad hoc work
If you are looking to outsource some ad hoc projects or tasks, we’ve got you covered!
Our ad hoc services are available at £40.00 per hour + VAT, and give you the opportunity to access the support of a Virtual Lottie VA, as and when you need one.
*All payments are required upfront *
Time reports are available for ad hoc tasks and projects too, so you can stay updated with regards to how much time has been spent on each given task.

The need to know stuff
Our rates include time spent on the assignment, liaison with client by telephone, email or face-to-face meetings including initial briefings.
Any additional specific costs incurred such as stationary, postage & packaging will be charged separately at cost price.
We kindly ask all our clients to complete the Terms of Business prior to working with a member of the team.
Payments to be made electronically (eg BACS) within 7 days of invoice being issued.
Standard hours are Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 5pm.
Support outside of these times, or urgent work, is possible but may incur a premium on the hourly rate.

Yes! Additional ‘top up’ hours are billed at £40 per hour + VAT.
