To ensure we’re available to support you when you need us, you can purchase a pre-agreed monthly block of hours starting at 8 hours per month for £40 per hour.
Yes! Additional ‘top up’ hours are billed at £35 per hour if over 15 hours, and under 15 hours is £40 per hour.
Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Support outside of these hours or urgent work is possible, but it may incur a premium on the hourly rate.
We ask that any retainer contracts are paid up front monthly. An invoice is issued on the last day of the following month. Payments should be made electronically (e.g. via BACS) within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
We use time-tracking software that rounds our time to the nearest 15 minutes. Don’t worry, we’ll give you a heads up when we’re getting close to reaching your retainer limit. That way, we can either add some extra hours or reduce tasks if needed.
We kindly request that all clients complete our Terms of Business before we begin working together to ensure we are on the same page.
Our rates include all the time spent on your assignment, as well as any communication we have with you by phone, email, or in person (such as during our initial briefing). If there are any additional specific costs, such as stationary, postage, or packaging, we’ll let you know ahead of time and charge you at cost price.

For starters, it can save them time and money, and give them access to experts who really know their stuff. Plus, it lets businesses focus on other important things they need to do.
Lottie is polite, punctual and professional in all aspects of her work. From giving me a polite nudge to get tasks done within my business to speaking or emailing my clients in a professional manner.
